The person who said that this is a "scam" clearly has no idea what they are talking about.
A "scam" is where your money (or time, or effort) is taken and you are INTENTIONALLY given little or nothing in return. One can argue that the paid offers that don't report (and I've had MANY of them) would qualify, especially when filing Manual Credit Requests is not accepted. But we are also told that if we don't get paid, neither does FC, so that policy, while unfortunate, is not an intentional rip-off, since FC loses the money as well.
(if, however, FC *did* manage to get paid regardless, THAT would be a scam, and I'd be waving the red flag along with you!)
I think the word "scam" applies in all too many situations online nowadays. I also think that it is often misused by lazy and uninformed people unwilling to dig out the truth in a situation, read the offer details or do that little extra bit of work (or thinking) in order to say "duh".
I've cashed out 3 times so far for a total of over $100. I'll try to find that cute banner which shows the exact amount. I typically do only the daily offers/surveys here, since the offers have been too unreliable for me. There are other sites I rely on for bigger cash rewards, but I keep this one around because in its limited way, it DOES what it says it will do.
And for me, that's enough.
