Payments are done on the 20th of the month following the month you cash out.  Most people wait until the end of the month to cash out to continue earning for a bigger payout, because no matter what day of the month you cash out you still wont be paid until the 20th of the following month.  If you cash out on the last day of the month you only have to wait 20 days for payment, sometimes less depending on how you requested your payment PayPal and direct deposit are faster than check. It will say the date you will be paid under where it says pending...
