In Oregon every weekend is a tax free weekend, and so are the other days of the week too.  8)

Connecticut definitely does not have a tax free weekend.  It is officially the most expensive state, especially due to our high taxes.

We don't have to pump our own gas either, no stinky hands when you get gas.

We have tax free weekend at the end of the month.  I am hoping to get the sales and the coupons to make it a real good deal.  Connecticut just made clothes under 50 taxable.

PA used to have tax free weekend before school started each year and it helped a lot.
We now have a Republican governor, I have seen nothing about a tax free weekend, so I doubt it.

Ahhhhh.....I remember those days of driving up and a couple attendants came out to "service" the vehicle. One would pump the gas while the other cleaned (all) the windows, checked the oil, water level in the radiator, tire air pressure, and gave you blue chip or S&H green stamps that you could paste into books and get great things like small appliances. That's when gas was 25 cents a gallon. Now before you go commenting on how old I am. I remember that when I was 15, and I'm 61 now. So much has changed!

MN doesn't have that kind of tax, so no tax free weekend.

I also remember when gas was cheap and attendants did everything for you.
