What makes offers credit

Sorry this may sound dumb, but on other sites there is a button to press when completing an offer. Unless there is something wrong with my browser, I do not see a way to complete an offer. I have completed an offer but I cannot tell if it has been submitted. HELP!!!!

Go to account tab in your profile- about halfway down you will see:     
Offer Completions
   

If you haven't been credited for one or more offers you completed, please read the offer crediting information page. You can also look at a list of all of the offers you have clicked. 

This will show you a list of all completed, pending, and not approved when you click on the offer crediting info page link.  Hope this helps
