               Do the offers you really have an intrest in.Would suggest you get into the habit of doing the Dailys as the offers go rather quick.

Another thing is that most of the sites(ex. ringtone sites)wanna charge you these hidden charges, how do I avoid this and where the heck is the referral page?

I don't think there's a way to avoid these charges if you want to sign up for them, other than reading the TOS very carefully but there is an "alternative" link that may or may not incur these hidden charges but I've never entirely completed those offers so I'm not sure what you're asking beyond that.
