James 5:7-9

Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near. Don’t grumble against one another, brothers and sisters, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!

No one said you had to use your full name on your birth certificate,Falcon.Just your first name.Like I do.

There's no requirement to use first names on FC, nor any xtian-imposed stigma of cowardice associated with using a screen name.

Honestly, when I first joined ... and not be pressed into service as a Christain Crusader.

No one 'pressed you into service', you volunteered to be a xtian crusader of blind faith, (and considering that the previous xtian crusaders were represssive murderers, bent on destroying those who didn't share their particular religious delusions, it's curious that you choose that phrase to describe your campaign of promting mindless proselytization).

But seeing the abuse Christians have endured here by the atheists ...

Opposing/dissenting viewpoints are not "abuse" and your false characterizations remain outright lies because they stem from biased blind faith.  Now, if you'd actually consider the offensive religious proselytization Initially inflicted abusively by xtians on non-xtians, you'd have a point.

I see clearly God had other plans for me here. And I'm more than willing to be guided by His Will as He sees fit. :)

That's a common delusion; that a faith-blinded fundie is "on a mission from g-d", (instead the actuality of being seriously self-deluded).
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

"the comment was directed toward only anyone calling someone a coward, is a coward, themselves, because they ARE hiding behind the screen name."

I did NOT implicitly call "jedi johnnie" a coward.  Stop with the lies, please.

It isn't a "lie" as the deduction was implicit, (as mentioned), in your agreement with the other fundie.  Since "jedijohnnie" is a screen name and not the name on his birth certificate, he is a "coward" by his own assertion, (which you agreed with).  Therefore, "jedijohnnie" called himself a coward and you agreed, there is no lie.
NO, falcon9 - stop with the twisting of the context of what he intended the remark to mean.  You are showing your foolish thinking here.  PLEASE STOP.

No one said you had to use your full name on your birth certificate,Falcon.Just your first name.Like I do.

I tried to register as "Johnnie",(Since I don't feel the need to hide behind a clever screen name)but the name was taken.

"Jedi" is my favorite movie, and had a nice enough "ring" to it when placed in front of my name.Hence,my screen name.

Honestly, when I first joined,I thought I'd be having fun talking about some of my favorate hobbies,(Star Wars,Comics,Football,Etc) and not be pressed into service as a Christian Crusader. But seeing the abuse Christians have endured here by the atheists,I see clearly God had other plans for me here. And I'm more than willing to be guided by His Will as He sees fit. :)

Why are you re-posting a post to JediJohnnie?  It was pretty obvious the first time?

Beyond this comment, (what's allegedly obvious to some is more subtle to others), I decline to answer.

Oh, you poor thing.  I know you are on pins and needles waiting for him to respond to it.  If he has you on "Ignore," you could post several times, and he still wouldn't see it.  :BangHead:   I wanted to see if you would actually respond to the question, but as usual, answering a question is beneath your dignity.

This thread is very motivational. I love it. For god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that we may not perish but have everlasting life.

I know you are on pins and needles waiting for him to respond to it.

Not true, even if meant facetiously.

If he has you on "Ignore," you could post several times, and he still wouldn't see it.

Here's something you haven't taken into account though; he has alternately claimed to have put my posts on ignore, taken them off ignore, put them back on ignore, ad nauseum.  His claims have no validity and are rountinely disgarded.

I wanted to see if you would actually respond to the question, but as usual, answering a question is beneath your dignity.

On the contrary, I was subtlely indicating the answer was none of your concern.

Thanks.

Right.  Because you will not answer to anyone you consider "beneath your dignity and intelligence."  We got it.  *Small violin playing...*

Right.

Wrong.

Because you will not answer to anyone you consider "beneath your dignity and intelligence."

On the contrary, I've answered you xtians several previous times.  You do, however, continue to have the option to speculate without sufficient, (or any), evidence so, carry on.

We got it.

Then unless you're speaking for everyone, (or, it's some sort of pseudo-"royal we"), see a vet ... I mean, a doctor.

Overlooking the facetiously made comments and allowed opinions included, I do agree with you about it still being spiritually motivating.  Many times different verses are very encouraging and comforting for things that may come up daily in our lives.  We go through "tests" daily and can receive strength from the verses and from each other.  Some of those very "tests" are ones who attempt to try and destroy or suppress our joy in Christ, whether in forums, in public, on tv, etc.  All it does it make us stronger in Him and more dedicated to Him.

Which includes the ones based solely on blind religious faith, (otherwise, your remark was specifically biased against reason and implicitly for superstitious irrationality).
