Psalm 23 is definitely a comfort for many.

One of my favorite go to daily verse is found in Isaiah 40:31, "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Waiting upon the Lord is not always easy, our time frame is different but if we wait upon His time table we will be rewarded.
