What is your favorite seafood to eat?

I love seafood! Scallops, clams casino, stuffed founder, Cajun blacked tuna ... I could on and on and on .... no particular favorite ... it's all awesome ...

gotta be fried walleye/catfish/trout, and love me some shrimp. i'd love to try shark and swordfish, but here in freaking iowa you can't get seafood that isn't fresh water unless you got a lot of scratch to spend on it.

Scallops and Salmon.  Actually, I havent really had seafood that I havent liked, if its done right.  No tuna or game fish though.  Too much mercury in those fish.
