Coffee keeping me up

I drink a lot of coffee all day long, and I think it's interfering with my sleep - the other day I couldn't fall asleep until 2 in the morning.  When should I cut myself off for the night if I prefer to go to bed around 10 or 11?

I suggest to stop drinking any type of caffiene before you eat dinner, you may think that 7 oclock coffee isn't affecting you but it is!!!

Definitely, besides caffeine dehydrates you, so try cutting back throughout the day.

I don't like coffee,but I had the same problem with soda.I only drink caffeine free soda now,and I notice I can sleep better.

If I must drink regular soda with caffeine,I never drink it 3 or 4 hours before bedtime,so that's my advice. :thumbsup:
