Not getting credit for surveys

Has anyone had the problem not getting credit for survey's the last three day's or offer's. I have I've done about 6 dollar's worth of survey's and one offer, the Home depot offer, and have not received any credit for them, I've already sent a support ticket and they just said that sometimes it can take up to 7 day's to get credit. I had this problem once before and now it's happening again. I normally don't have any problem's with survey's, that all I do, and because of this problem I havn't even made it to the $25 mark, which I alway's do before this time. I'm starting a file of all my completed survey's and going to send it to support, probably won't help but it's worth the try. O>K> I'm done venting, I'm just frustrated.

I had one survey and one offer not credit but I just keep going.  Most stuff does credit and I am making a little extra.

i didnt get credit for a netflix offer and i'm sooo upset because it was worth $8

For the first time ever (and I have been doing this since Feb. 2010) I successfully completed a survey (My Thoughts Counts) and did not receive credit for it. I left the congratulations page open for a couple hours but have still not received credit. Bummer! That survey is worth $1. Oh well, I will keep going! Love FC!!!
