I heard if your left hand itches, then you will get unexpected money.  If your right hand itches, then you will have an unexpected expense.  I don't believe either.

LOL... My mom used to say that if your right hand was itchy, don't scratch it because it means you will GET money. If your LEFT hand was itchy, you were going to have to PAY money..... to this day, I don't scratch when my right hand itches.... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but i never want to take that chance!

Actually, I think the old saying if for the palm, not the whole hand.  And that is another old wives' tale - you can take it from this old wife.

I've never heard that one before. I've always heard if your nose itches someone is thinking about you and if your ears are ringing someone is talking about you. I've had itchy hands before and am still not wealthy LOL! I usually think that something is wrong with me if something is itching out of the ordinary LOL! I'm a pessimist :/
