There should be benefits for Silver and Gold Members acc to me..what u all say?

I have seen many Silver and Gold members here in FC ...FC should do something about them atleast give some benefits for becoming Silver and Gold members so that they feel little important and everybody try to become silver and gold member..what you guys think about?

I think it would be nice if the incentives were different for the different levels but all those member status' are just forum related - it changes as you contribute more to the forum. They could do a different leveling system thou with how many times you've cashed out etc.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I am perfectly happy the way it is right now and already get benefits by the boatload. Maybe not that anyone can see, but there are there.

I am happy with my gold member status just the way it is,,,,,,FC does a lot for us already, they pay us for many many things and i for one dont think it needs ANY adjusting,,,,,,,,,,except maybe if i could ever win a POST MANIA CONTEST lololololololol

Not at all.  I think people should always strive to do their best with whatever they are doing. You do know that with many paid programs it isn't a matter of the work they are doing but the memberships they are buying that gives them an edge on their earnings. We don't have to have gold or silver status in this forum to be special. We already are.

Personally I think Fusion Cash does a wonderful job offering all different types of offers for each of their members. The system that is in place now seems to be working just fine. The only thing I could think of is maybe getting paid sooner if you are a silver or gold member instead of waiting 20 days.

The benefits come with respect from newbies.  Oldbuddy, I suspect you appreciate that aspect of it, but I don't see you throwing your hard earned money back into a pot because you get too much...

Now that sounds like my sales force when I was younger.  I would put out contests daily and weekly to get them to go a little further and earn more each day.  I made a little on their sales, but I put all of that and more into the incentives to make my team great.  It pays off in the end, and everyone has fun.  I think that's what motivates the most.

Basic sales management, incentives work most of the time. The problem is a lot of people have ruined it online by being misleading or downright dishonest, so skepticism runs high.
