As long as you don't post any links to sites, or post any contact information for yourself (ie. e-mail address, phone number, etc), you should be fine.  I have seen several threads pertaining to sites like Cash Crate, InboxDollars, NeoBux, and others, which were never deleted.  They were just discussions about the particular sites, like how they worked and people's experiences with them.  Using the forum as a means to self promote, recruit people, or spam is what won't be tolerated and will get you banned.
