Not getting credit for free offers..

So I did the MyBigJackpot.com offer, the Find Government jobs offer, and the win an iphone offer, I have done them twice because I didnt get a credit the first day I did them, so I did them the next day thinking maybe I did something wrong. I got a confirmation email from the mybigjackpot and the iphone one, and I replied, but I STILL have recieved no credit for them,. Can someone help me??  ???
