I have had the same problem. I have completed several surveys and never receive credit. Kind of frustrating when you take the time to complete the survey only to find out you didn't get the credit. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!!!! :-

Hey guys,

I wanted to let you know that I am researching this issue.

For a couple of you, I manually searched the reports from the daily survey advertisers and could not locate your user ID.  Other people did successfully get credit on July 3rd, 4th and 5th... but for some reason it didn't work for you guys.

The July 4th holiday weekend is one of the slowest times of the year for marketers, so it's hard to get this complaint taken seriously (at a glance, it just seems like the lower # of completions that you would expect around a big outdoor holiday).

I'll update the thread when I know more.

I am sorry for the crediting glitches that have happened in the past couple months.  I have spent some time refining the automatic crediting systems to make them more reliable day to day.


Thank you for the update Admin. I tried GiveUsYour2Cents today (July 12, 2011) on a different browser (Firefox) and got to the "Congrats" page. Left up the page for 10 minutes or so. Checked my Fusion Cash account page and no credit for GUY2C. Just to let you know what happened today. I know your working hard to fix this problem. I appeciate it. Hope you get it fixed soon. I just completed a Samplicious survey for the first time since April 29th, per my account page.  Double checked my cookie settings and have had the window open for 30 minutes or so now, and no credit using IE8.

I echo what Kfickes said.  I know you are working hard to fix the crediting problems.  I look forward to updates on the situation.  I'm not so much frustrated about losing $1.75 over the past week in uncredited surveys, but more that it seems to be a crapshoot now on whether you'll get credit now for completing what could be a 30 minute survey, especially when they used to credit easily.

I will do an occasional survey just to help me get to cash out faster and i usually do the My Thought Counts survey and have always gotten credited for it, even when i did not clear my cookies! I have read that you not only should clear your cookies, but you need to also make sure that your browser accepts third party cookies as well.

I was having this problem with some of the daily surveys too. I was using Internet Explorer and someone recomended that I try Firefox or Google Chrome. For some reason my computer has never let me download Firefox, so I decided to try Chrome. I had never heard of it before. I have had much better luck getting credit now that I switched browsers. I have also heard that you have better luck using Firefox as well, but I can't say for sure because I've never used it. I hope this helps and I hope your problem gets fixed!

I tried to see if GiveUsYour2Cents would credit me today (July 16, 2011) for completing their survey and no credit. I think Fusion Cash is still working on this problem. Hope they get the problem fixed soon.

I was not able to get any compensation for untracked survey completes during July.

Looking back at the stats, I do see that there were fewer complete surveys registered than usual.

I've issued a small bonus as a token of our apology to those of you who posted about the problem in this thread.

The bad news is, we are basically at the mercy of the daily survey companies, since they're the ones that write the checks.  As always, if you aren't getting credited, it means that we didn't see a dime from your survey.  The good news is, the crediting rate is higher so far this month (August), so it may be worth trying again.

Sorry for the delay in following up on this.  As always, I appreciate the feedback on how our advertisers are performing.

I got mine yesterday. It wasn't like before and almost immediatly but it did come through eventually.
I would contact support (open a ticket) like the one poster did. The more details (e.g. days times) you have the better.
They need to look into if you guys aren't getting your credits.

You can find the support tab at the top of the FC menu (not the FC forum menu)
From here click on the Go Back to FusionCash link then near the top you will see a tab for support.
On that page, you will see a Click Here to Contact Support link and click follow the instructions to open a ticket.

It sucks spending the time doing the survey then not getting your money.

I hope this helps. I wish you all the best in getting your credits.

I have not been getting credit from SurveyHead, Samplicious, and SSI Daily Surveys. I've done one survey in each offer and I am positively positive I completely finished all the surveys. I am dissappointed that I havent been credited yet..and I am so clos to cashing out! I hope that FC will credit me soon! :wave:

Thank you so much for the bonus Admin and Kohler, it makes it worthwhile because you guys are concerned for us. I take a lot of surveys, and almost always get credit. It's very rare that a survey will not credit anymore, so when it doesn't, there is a glitch. I know you are at the mercy of your advertisers as we are. I hope refining the crediting system helps all of us.

Taking money from your pocket to compensate us is kind.....I thank you again. Fusion Cash is the best. :heart:

I just completed a Give Us Your 2 Cents Survey and this is what happened to me:

I got to the congratulatory page.  I left the page open for a very long time then popup came and said to click here so that your session does not expire.  I did so, then I received a message saying that they were sorry that the session timed out.  I haven't received credit and I'm guessing I won't.  This is not the first time this has happened. 

I am wondering if I should not have clicked on the pop up message.  It was a really long survey, so it's a bummer.

Thank you Fusion Cash staff for letting me know as well as others on here what is going on with surveys crediting. I do appreciate the hard work your doing because you guys are concerned for us getting credit. I have been getting credit for all the daily surveys that I complete except GiveUsYour2Cents which has not been crediting me for over a month. I will keep giving you feedback on this page to let you know if GUY2C gives me credit or not. Thanks again Fusion Cash Staff.   :thumbsup:
