Loooove cheesecake. Actually I don't like the crust too much, as is the case with most pies and such for me. If I could I would just eat the middle.

When I make cheesecake I butter the pan and dust with cinnamon/sugar to make the "crust". It's very yummy!

I LOVE cheesecake.....we have an old family recipe that I use but I want to do some experimenting with it. Maybe this weekend I really want to have some cheesecake right now. LOL I want to alter the recipe slightly with a little lemon I think and blackberry topping.

I love cheese cake. I have had many different types but my favorite is plain cheese cake and maybe sometimes with blueberries on top.
