I love milk...Raw milk is the best (and better for you, you just have to make sure you are getting it from a reputable farm)

Neither one of us drinks milk.  We use almond milk for our coffee, and if we do have cereal, which is hardly ever, we use the almond milk on that.

Milk contains bovine growth hormone, which is bad for us.  Look up Robert Cohen on Notmilk.com

If we can get cheese from raw milk sources, where it is unaltered and left intact with enzymes, then we will have that.

whole family is lactose intolerant - but my eighteen year old son loves his milk - so i buy the lactose free - he drinks two cups each night before going to bed....lactose free milk is a bit sweeter, but just as good as regular milk.
