Do men or women make better bosses?

Never work for women - this is my opinion.  especially the ones younger than you.  my last boss was a woman 15 years younger than me and she thought she was all that.  very disrespectful and bossy while the men bosses were very respectful and giving.  because she was the office manager, everything she said was believed.  I can understand one person not liking a woman boss in that office but everyone, i mean everyone felt the same.  so what i felt was not wrong.  I think men bosses are much much better than women.

Depends on the individual person.  You can't make generalizations about everyone in a certain gender.

it really depends on their work experience. My boss is a women, and i can't just say she does better than what a male boss would have done, because I've only had one boss lol.

I've had both, and can't choose. If they are a professional-- respectful of others, kind, etc.-- it's a pleasant work environment. I've had male and female bosses who weren't professional at all, and it made everyone's life hell.

I have had good male boss' and good female boss'. It just depends.

I think that it depends on the occupation.  Some women are better bosses and men others.

I have had both male and female bosses and they both have there pros and cons. But then you get a boss like i currently have, who is a male, he is a male chauvanist pig! The men get away with everything at work, even if it is not in work policy or you are not supposed to do it. For instance cell phone usage, we are not allowed to use our cell phones while on shift, but all the men in my work use their cell phones and get away with it. Once a women even looks at their phone they get written up for it. The men make more money where I work, not matter the position, even if a woman is higher up, the men still make more money. The men get chosen for all the overtime. I believe in equality, and men and women are equal!
