Probably not. A lot of people do not like him. I'm not a fan of him. But I don't dislike him. However, I won't vote for him. I wan't to see what someone else will do in the office, perhaps a Republican.

Hopefully not. I don't think our nation can handle 4 more years. The only thing I can see that he's got is where he authorized the seals to go in and kill osama bin laden. I'm sure that'll be in an ad campaign.

You obviously like socialism, but those of us who would rather have freedom than a handout paid for by somebody else, we want someone who's a true American, not a professed socialist and communist. Why doesn't everybody in the country just go on welfare, and then see how long the government can make handouts when no tax money is coming in?
I'm not trying to knock people who work hard to support a family and still can't make ends meet. But most people who are on public assistance should really go out and get a job, even if it is not a fancy high-paying job. And the food stamp situation is really corrupt, because it should only provide basic necessities, not soda, candy, and junk food to make welfare bums get fat.

Again...you should consider not throwing around blanket statements.  I get food stamps for my family, its true...less than $100 a month.  I work my  off to support them otherwise.  I would love to be off that support 100%, but I'm not going to hang my head over $100 a month.

You should be the one hanging your head for passing judgment on others like that.  This isn't very christianlike behavior.

I pay just as many taxes as you do.  Think about it.

What can anyone reply to that? I'm not a Democrat, but I sure didn't think anyone would assassinate our president. Now that Obama has a record (one year as a Senator, mostly voting "present", isn't a record), he's probably toast. Some of the other posters here give me hope, thankfully.
