In general, no.  Playing the lottery all the time is like throwing away money.  Occasionally I'll buy a scratch off or a lottery ticket for the hell of it, but usually, no.

I play Powerball every week!   Funny; the last 2 times I got the POWERBALL!  But only the powerball; nothing else to go with it!  It paid off 3.00 though!
