The Daily Surveys are a reliable source of income if you qualify. They do help you toward that $15 minimum you need for your cash out. I'm in the wrong demographics to qualify for most of them, but that doesn't stop me from attempting them each day. the sponsors do vary them and some days you'll get lucky. Be happy about that.
Daily Tasks, which are found under More Money/Special Offers, are another reliable source of income if you have the time and the patience.
To answer your question, here are some one-time offers that I found credited easily with minimum hassle and are free:

The Netflix 30-Day Free Trial is another good one that nets you $4.00 just for enrolling in the free trial. No credit card needed.
