doing something wrong with emails?

I have read 2 fC emails and haven't received any credit. I clicked on the ad typed in the answer from the video, left it alone for a couple minutes. What am I doing wrong?

After you enter the capcha message, do you click on the link (just below where you enter the capcha message) to bring up the sponser ad?  You need to watch the sponser ad for 60 secs (usually Toluna surveys)

If you are doing that, try clearing your cookies and temp files before you begin.  If that doesn't work, close down your PC and relog on (reboot).  This helps by resetting systems logs and stuff.

I've occasionally had problems using one browser (Firefox); tried it with another browser (IE9) and then get credit.  But then the next day it wourd work fine on Firefox.

I usually have my FC account page open on another tab so I can confirm that I received credit before I go on to do something else.

If you don't get credit for the paid email, you can keep trying until you do.

Could be broswer issue. I use opera instead of IE9 and no probs there. could try firefox as well.
