Are you talking about the FC toolbar or another toolbar download from the offers pages?

In eithor event, you probably have to leave the toolbar in place for a minimum amount of time (maybe 30 days) to qualify for credit.

I have not downloaded a toolbar for some time -- and the ones I had seemed to slow down my PC and just took up too much room at the top of every page -- so I deleted all of them and gave up the infomation they provided.
