Pink Eye

Who had had pink eye?What did you do for it?My granddaughter just got it and of course I have it now.Mine is worse than hers,but I haven't been to dr for antibiotics.Trying not to go.I know it hurts,that's for sure.

There are medicated eye drops that you can take that are over the counter, unless your pink eye is that bad.

Yea the eye drops should help. I remember having that when I was little because my older brother always ended up with it somehow. I'm pretty sure all we did was put eyedrops in. Hope it helps!

You can take the over the counter drops. Those take longer than the ones from the doctor (my experience). The OTC ones take a week or better for me to see improvement.

Pink eye is very very contagious.  So try not to touch your eyes or anything else and of course wash your hands alot.  Try not to rub your eyes or scratch in any way, it will spread to both eyes if it hasn't already.  It will get better without eye drops but it will just take longer.  Pink eye is an eye infection called Conjunctivitis. A warm compress should help some.  Hope you feel better soon!
