Weight loss tips for any type of diet.

Since restaurant portions are so huge these days, I ask for the "to go" container to be brought with my meal. I then load 1/2 of my serving into the container and shut it before I begin eating. Instant portion control and a ready made meal for the next day!

I try to avoid air conditioning, when possible.  It sounds strange, but being cold makes me want to snack more.

I think most important is to not deprive yourself of anything- if you want a cookie, have one. Try to eat balanced and eat every 3-4 hours, smaller meals and snacks so you don't feel hungry

Diet? whats that?  Life is way too short - i eat what i want (lol) but avoid overeating if that makes sense. :wave:

Haha nice mc1962 and yes makes perfect sense doesnt mean it always works for me ! I have to incorporate some more exercise in my days so I can eat more!! haha

Great tip! I would also suggest bringing a take home container with you, since you never know which restaurants have eco-friendly containers or something like Styrofoam.
