I came across FC on a blog and signed up under that person, I wonder if that person is still even active. Besides Old Buddy, who has been here for quite some time and "survives" on referrals? Secondly, what is your percentage of referrals that cash out each month?

Never thought about the percentage that cash out, but last month is was .4% and one month it was as high as 2% and I can tell you my sponsor is no longer active. He has missed a lot of $5 bonuses.

2% awesome. Not a single one of my referrals has cashed out yet. I need to hit the pavement a little harder thou.

Out of about 21 referrals I have had 1 cash out.  I have been here at FC for quite awhile now.  The fact that the huge majority of people join and don't see the value is a shame, but it hasn't stopped me from earnings lots of free money here.  People give up waaaaaaaay before they figure things out.  To each his own, but I love programs like this and where they have gotten me in terms of the whole earning on line thing.  It is fun and profitable.  My advice is to keep using the site and telling others.  If they choose to follow you, that is awesome.  If they choose not to, you keep making money anyway.  Then look for other cool, easy ways to earn money online.  If you are one of us who catches the bug and get hooked, you will absolutely love it!

I always wonder what is the difference between those of us who "catch the bug", and those who give up.

I'm wondering if it's the patience factor? The fact that you need to be steady and consistent to earn. It baffles me that people won't take the time to earn here, especially when I have my Fusion Cash time down to about 25-30 minutes a day between the email, PTC, occasional survey and offer, and task.

As far as answering the OP, I have 34 referrals as of today. None have ever cashed out.  Out of the 34,

- only two have both confirmed their email addresses AND done the initial offer to earn their own $5 sign up bonus,
- 4 did the initial offer but didn't confirm their address, and
- 12 only confirmed their address but never did an offer.

From my experience talking to hundreds of people who want to make money and never seem to, the bug is the VISION. If you can't ever see yourself arriving at point B, you are never going to continue doing A long enough to get there, if you ever start at all. What really blows my mind is people who join another program I use and PAY $12 for six months in advance, but never make it a week before they quit. Fortunately I have many like Karla that make up the difference and my tiny 10 cent a month commissions are already adding up to $50 a month just for sticking around. The sweet part is it's still growing daily and I fully expect it to keep on growing while I am gone on vacation for a week, just like it did last month when I went to the beach for a week. Life Is GREAT when all the pieces fall into the right places.

i've only ever had 1 person actually cash out, and that was one of my friends. i have 18 refs and all but 2 of them have at least confirmed their email. probably only half of those did an offer.

I don't survive on referrals.  The majority I've made here is from myself doing offers.  Out of 88 referrals 5 have cashed out, 55 have earned the $1 bonus 39 have earned the $2 offer completion.  You can't rely on referrals.  You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink.  

Since I made this post I just got two more referrals and they got the $1 bonus.  So now out of 90 referrals 57 have earned me the $1 bonus.  I'm not expecting much after that but I'll definitely take $2 more.

It's a numbers game. I don't have a very high percentage that cash out either, but when you have 782 of them it can be anywhere from a couple to as many as 15 in any one month. We will see in a couple of days what it will be this month.
