Paid to post
« on: June 08, 2011, 10:12:01 pm »
I am still pretty new to fusion cash, and I have never done the paid to post. But now that I've gotten into this more I decided maybe I would give it a try to add some extra money to my cashouts. Does anyone know if you also get paid to comment on other peoples posts or only when you make your own? If anyone can help me with this or has any other helpful tips for me I would appreciate it. Thanks:)

You get paid for new topics you make and replies to other people's topics.

Basically any post, whether it be a thread starter or just a response, that leads to meaningful discussion is accepted.

I've sort of wondered about the "substantial" rule, however... I can understand them not counting single word responses when more substance would lead to greater discussion. For example, if the thread topic was "Do you like this season of America's Got Talent?" a response of "yes" wouldn't count. Even though it answers the question, you could put in a little more, like why you like the show, who you expect to win, etc.

But what I'm wondering is when the topic is some type of game, like counting to a million where each new response is supposed to put in the next number. If the previous response was "8354", your response would be "8355". Not much else you can put down, however. You can't say why "8355" (it's just the next number), what you like about the number, what you expect the next number to be, etc. Because I'm unclear about whether these count or not, I usually don't do those types of games, or at least don't do them expecting to have those posts count. The closest I've come have been those "This or That" games where the topic is "Which do you like better?" and then they give two options like "White or dark Chocolate", "American Idol or The Voice", "Kermit the Frog or Miss Piggy" etc. Usually if I do answer those, not only will I state my choice, but I'll also say why I prefer one over the other.

I don't know how substantial posts have to be - I think that if you at least give it some thoughtful discussion it will lead to more group talk.  I guess that is what it's all about.  I try and only post on things that interest me.  But that's just me.

Making at least 30 substantial posts in order to receive a substantial $3/mo payment from FusionCash makes substantial sense to me!  ;D

What counts are posts that have quality to them.  Answering yes or no and responding to the promotions do not count.  You can reply to others post and get credit or you can start your own thread.  Remember to make sure there is substance to the message.

Making a post that makes a person laugh, carries on a conversation, adds meaningful advice. Along those lines and you should be fine. Get into a routine of posting one or two posts a day. I post at least two posts a day ( I try to) if not more posts. Its really not that hard to do if you have a routine. Have fun.

Thank you all for your responses. It really is nice to have people on here to help out when new people are getting started. It's the best way to get advice for me is to get answers from someone who has already been here and figured it out. I am starting to get the hang of it and hope to keep getting better at this. I like to get on here at night after my kids go to bed and try to earn a little extra cash. It's actually kind of relaxing for me. I had a hard time at first finding a site that actually pays but I think FC is the one. I am waiting on my first cashout to come before the 20th.
