shower morning or night

Night - I do a lot of activity during the day and can't sleep if I'm all sweaty and such....so a shower at night refreshes me and I'm able to sleep better....when it's really hot I might take a quick cool one midday.

I usally shower in the morning, my room gets insanely hot, so i sweat a lot

I usually shower in the late afternoon, after my chores are done. More than once a day in the Summer when it is so hot. A nice tepid shower just before bed helps to cool your body down with the day.

If I wake up all sweaty then I automatically jump in the shower before facing the day. However, that is the only time I'll shower in the morning.

Usually I take them at night since I don't always have much time in the morning to get everything done as it is.
