I shower in the am and at night ... I LOVE to take a shower or if it is cool I like to soak in a hot bath in the evening.

I love to take showers at night, it does relaxes you from the day, but my husband like to take his in the morning because it wakes him up, so I guess it depends on the person.

It depends on the day and what is going on.  In general, I take a shower in the morning, but if I feel dirty, I take one at night.
