What's up with this please help

i have $35.10 and $15.10 of it is from offers and the rest is referals and it won't let me cash out because it says i don't have $15 in offers please help if you can :'(

id say do some cheapy offers.. and see if it will let you.. Go to support ticket andsee if they can help.. or try to get KOHLER on here..
