Referrals not confirming their emails!

I have 41 referrals. Half haven't confirmed their emails. How can I get a $2 bonus when I don't get the $1 email confirmation bonus? You should not be able to do an offer unless you are officially signed up. I have 41 referrals and have made $40. If a person signs up and does one offer, that figure should be $120. Something aint right here.

FC allows them to do the offers, but when cashout day comes, they can't do it - unless they confirm their account.  At that point, if they want the money they earned and they confirm, you will receive all the bonuses that are attributed to those referrals.

And if all your folks cash out.. you get 5.00 for each.. And EACH TIME AFTER THAT.. So if one person cashes out 30 times. And the other 40 do.. your making a freaking WHOMPER amount of cash
