Do you guys use garbage bags?

I do just because the trash company won't take the trash if it is not in a trash bag.

I always use grocery bags in the bathroom garbage cans and in the car. I do buy garbage bags for the kitchen. It's funny IMO, that my mom went to the grocery store once and the cashier gave her a hard time for getting plastic instead of buying one of their bags that would probably break after a few times. My mom retorted something like this, "So, you want me to buy a bag for groceries, but expect me to turn around and destroy the environment even further by using bigger, thicker garbage bags instead of these grocery bags for garbage?" Seriously, I think that it's better to do paper or plastic than buy cloth grocery bags that don't stand the test of time and end up in the land fill anyway.

Yes i use garbage bags for the kitchen garbage can. But for the smaller cans in the bedroom and bathroom i use shopping bags. I just bought a box of garbage bags the other day for $4 but they were the smaller ones by accident -_-. Out here you have to put your garbage in a city approved blue bag. You have to buy them special and they are about $9 for 5 of them. So no matter if you use the big bags or the small bags it has to end up in the blue bag for it to be collected....Yes i know my taxs dollars hard at work there lol.

Yes, we buy garbage bags for our kitchen and lawn stuff. I use grocery store plastic bags for all the smaller trash cans in the house though.

$13 for 70-80 bags? that is expensive! anyway, yeah, I still use garbage bags, but I have those grocery bags so I use them too.

I use garbage bags and grocery bags... though this is a great idea! I have soooooooooooooo many grocery bags stockpiled!

I use garbage bags when I can afford them, but mostly we just use the ones from the grocery store. My only complaint is that they are so small that they fill up quick. I live in a house with four people so we trash, it's really annoying that we have to keep changing the trash bags.
