Completed Survey but No Credit

This morning, I completed the SSI Survey, Surveyhead, and MyThoughtCounts but I have yet to receive credit for them.  I believe that the advice is typically to be patient -- but I have been checking my account throughout the day and have't been awarded credit yet.  Can you please help me out?

Next time you qualify and complete a survey on one of those sites, try leaving the survey complete window open, don't surf any other pages for at least 5 minutes. If you must do anything on the internet, I suggest only refreshing the fusioncash account page (in a separate window) to see if you got credited. Otherwise, don't do anything until the credit goes through. This worked out for me this morning on 2 of the daily surveys. Good luck.

Here's what I do: shrink you congrats screen by using the '-' button in the upper right corner of your screen. Then go back in to your Account page and look to see if the survey or whatever has credited. If not, leave the congrats screen alone for at least 30 minutes and check your Account page again to see if you've finally received your Approval. If the survey in question has still not credited, check your Offer Completions on your Account page to see if the survey is even pending.

As a last resort, send in a Support Ticket detailing your problem. Allow 2-3 business days to receive a reply. Hope that helps and welcome to FusionCash!

May I ask why you have not provided your basic gender, age and location information? If you click on my username, you will see mine. Just curious. That is totally up to you.

yes i did alot of those where it takes forever to get the survey done then you don't get credit for it

You might try shrinking the congrats screen after you complete the survey and leave it shrunk for about 20 minutes. Then check your Account page /Offer Completions and see whether it has credited by then. It's pretty hit or miss. Because of my demographics (which you can check by clicking on my Username), I rarely even qualify for those Daily surveys, but every once in a while I do, so I keep trying! It's up to you, but keep in mind that you can try those every 24 hrs, they do change from one day to the next, and any approval money is applied to your $15 in Offers towards your next cash out.

Is it worth your time and effort? Only you can answer that one.  :thumbsup:

Thanks -- yeah, I will give that a shot.  I am basically on my "summer vacation" from work so I have more time than usual to complete the surveys.  I'm sure I will keep trying and hopefully be credited for a few.  I appreciate your thoughts and helpfulness!!
