Problem with creating an account?!

I referred one of my friends and they told me that they sign up, click on the confirmation email and it brings them to the sign in page, but whenever they try to sign in, it says that there isn't an account with that information. Help?

Sounds like they didn't complete the registration page completely.  Ask them to try again -- and pay close attention to all the little boxes that need to be checked and filled in.  They need to have a unique email address (can't use yours or an email address of any other member.)

Once they complete the registration form, they should get a page that tells them that a confirmation email has been sent to their email address. They need click on the confirmation link in that email to actually set up the account.

If they keep going back to the registration page, they should send a message to support telling them what they are trying to do and have support send them response to their email address (normally the response is on site, but if your friend can't log on, he would not be able to view it.
Or you could send a ticket to support on your friend's behalf.
