Bok choy, green bean, broccoli, spinach, kale, bitter melon, squash, pumpkin, daikon, dandelion greens, lettuce, napa cabbage, carrots, eggplant, watercress, yam leaves, snow peas, tomatoes, cucumber, asparagus, I can go on and on.... What’s your favorite?

Crunchy Green Beans with garlic in the mixing. (to give flavor) Super Yummers!
Broccoli (Raw or Cooked, I love them!)
Corn
Spinach/Lettuce

cucumbers, potatoes, celery, anything you don't have to cook! I HATE cooked veggies >_<

Boiled cabbage with LOTS of vinegar, salt and pepper. On a side note, I could eat cabbage, beans and cornbread just about every day of the week!

I love so many fruits and vegetables now!! I used to hate most of them lol...I have so many favorites!

I love all greens and brussel sprouts too all my greens have to be with butter and beets are great too..

Tomatoes would be my favorite of all.Then squash.I have a garden full of vegetables that I am waiting to eat.

I don't know what vegetable I like the most but.. carrots, green beans, and potatoes are pretty high up on the list. I like more fruits than vegetables though. I really love fruit.

My favorite vegetable would have to be green beans!   I love them!

I've seen a few posts about how people used to not like them, but now think they're great.... I wonder how much of it was more peer pressure from kids when we were young, and if our tastes changed mostly because we now are actually eating them and really tasting them... I noticed that my pallet expanded considerably after I went off to college and had to fend for myself. I think my mom tended to have a blander pallet, so now I've really been experiencing more flavors from herbs and spices when I'm cooking.

Cukes and tomaters are prob'ly my fav's. Also corn on the cob is great, esp. in the summer at a picnic or festival when the butter is just dripping off cob. Brussle sprouts were one that I didn't really care for (even after I moved out of my parent's house), until my best friend prepared them for me... She had sauted them with a little pancetta and some other herbs, and it tasted awesome! I guess a few weeks ago, she had gone to an upscale restaurant in our area, and they also served "her brussle sprouts", but she said it wasn't quite as good as how she makes them... I guess they just used plain bacon instead of true pancetta.
