I'm curious if this has ever happened or if it's even possible. Would FC reject your request to cashout if you try to cashout at $25? And then during the cashout process, they find something faulty with one of your offers which would put you under the minimum cashout amount? If not, have you ever had an offer not go through and lost a bit of money from your cashout? It's never happened to me, but then again I've only cashed out once.

I haven't.  This is why they have the wait period though, to make sure everything was done correctly.  If during this time something comes up or does not go through then they will remove and deal with any issues.

This has never happened to me, but I can only assume that if, during the wait period, you drop below $25, that they'll cancel your order. I'm not 100% positive about that though.

I have never had an offer denied or revoked.  However, if I recall, if you have requested a cashout, then get offers denied which brings your balance under $25.00 (or under $15.00 in offers), your cashout will not be approved.  Your balance will return to your account and you will have to re-request a new cashout once you reach the minimum requirements to cashout again.

.........

When I first started with FC it happened once or twice but I learned that it is just the nature of the beast doing offers/surveys but in the future it can be avoided (this is just MY OPINION, not FC policy) by not cashing out RIGHT AT the $25.00 level,,,,,wait till you have $26.50 or thereabouts IN CASE one gets kicked back you will still have enough to cash out.  Just an idea to share

I've never cashed out at $25 for this reason haha. I try to cash out at around $30. It's good advice for anyone who cashes out at $25.

I haven't had that happen during the process.  I have had some expire because I didn't cashout in time.  It is probably a good idea to be over $25 just a little bit in case something does happen.

It's only happened to me once, but it was only .75 so it didn't affect my cashout

I never lost money like that. I usually cash out over $25.00 anyway just because my bonuses usually add up faster than my $15.00 in offers.
