why my friend got her account restricted??

my friend told me about this page and after i stared making money her page got restricted its says "under investigation" did i did something wrong???

Please provide more detail so I can understand exactly what happened. It's not clear from your post. What did you mean by "her page got restricted"? If your friend attempted to create more than one account with the same IP address, that is a violation of the rules!

I suggest you also read the forum rules from Kohler. You can find this topic in the forum. Start on the Home page. On the Discussion Board topics, click on FusionCash. This will be the first (locked) topic. Look for this heading:

I hope your friend has not violated any of the rules! I would be a shame to get barred from such a great site just after joining!

she dont know but i did use her computer to do mine!! i was babysitting her kids and she did told me to use my own computer but i didnt know it was that important!!

Grammar aside, I'd be furious if someone was supposed to be babysitting my kids, and was instead schlepping around on my computer causing my FC account to get restricted.

That's why.... U should only log in to ur account from only one computer... Don't do tat again! And I don't think ur friends account will be unrestricted :/ it's against the rules tat u can only have one account per ip. When u logged onto urs, the system could've though tat ur friend made 2 accounts. Well goodluck and hope u don't get restricted because this is a great site!

The Terms of Service I'm quoting from here are found at the bottom of your Account Page:

Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.
Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

If you have violated any of these terms, you may be barred from the site permanently. Your only option then is to file a Support Ticket explaining what happened and wait for a response from FC.
