How come I don't receive referral bonus but i do get offer completion bonus

I thought u can only complete offers on FC after you confirm your email. If This is correct then how come I don't get credit for referrals but receive credit if those i referred complete their 2 offers.Anyone here with the same problem???How do i get those credit??

Some people have only gotten the $2 offer bonus because their referral only complete the 1st offer but have not yet verify their email. Even if they show up as a referral you won't get the $1 until they verify their email

thanks for the reply.....but i think FC should look into it and do some changes to that.
suggestions:-
1. no signup bonus untill u confirm email
                or
2. since they completed offers and are now active on FC,FC should still award the referrral credit since they are actively participating and were referred by someone

Our referral bonus system is very simple:
Refer a friend who confirms his/her email address: $1 bonus
Your friend completes his/her first offer: $2 bonus
Your friend cashes out: $5 bonus (each and every time they cashout - for life)

Why haven't I received credit for a referral?
Your account is credited for referring another user once he or she confirms his or her email address.

Seems pretty clear to me. I have two referrals so far, but I did have to work with them for a couple of days because they hadn't confirmed their e-mail or completed all of their account information properly. The other issue was one of them hadn't completed any offers besides the DCE. Once that individual got approval for one offer besides the DCE, I received my $2 bonus. Referrals often just don't know what they're doing at first or they may not have much free time, so I encouraged both of mine to at least watch the tutorials by oldbuddy and read the FAQs. I finally got my $1 and $2 for both, but I had to work at it. It is difficult to find people who will actually go to the next level and work the site every day so that they eventually begin cashing out.

I've now made a flyer for referrals at the suggestion of one of the other members in the forum and plan to distribute these in certain places I frequent in my local community. Of course, the other option is to get referrals online. Whatever works for you. If you can get even one person to become an ACTIVE member, you'll get a $5 bonus every time they cash out for life! That's something to work toward! At least, I think so. good luck to you on FC!

I have a few who have done that. They sign up and take the time to do an offer, but never take a minute or two to confirm their email. It's par for the course for referrals, not only here but at other programs too. But, the good ones you get definitely make up for those who don't take time to read the rules or requirements.
