The mother part running to Jesus was cool.

This was a very graphic movei, but right to the point. It is very scriptural and renders a powerful message.

i watched it... but had a very hard time following it... it could be because i didn't read the bible... but i had no idea who most of the people were... i imagine i would have liked it more if i knew what was going on

Very true to scripture and what our Lord did because He loved us. I saw it on DVD, but a friend of mine said he went to the theater to see it when it came out, and at the end, it was so quiet in the theater. Nobody was talking or laughing like they do after seeing a movie. It was like it was a quiet reverence as people filed out.

It's a very powerful and visual portrayal of that most important event for every Christian who claims fellowship with Christ and a belief in His Word.

:BangHead:I saw The Passion of the Christ when it came out and have seen it 2 more time on TBN.  Very powerful.  He did a good job making the movie.  A lot of lives were changed after the movie, to see what Christ went through to save us from our sins.  And he was the most perfect and had no sin and he died on the cross for us.  I can not see have anyone could not be changed after seeing it.  May God bless you all.

I bought the movie as soon as it came out but I have never watched it.  I just can't bring myself to watch the horrible treatment of my Lord, Jesus Christ.  Especially knowing He willingly took that punishment so that I won't have to spend eternity in Hell.  Sometimes I wonder if it is a sin not to watch it.  What do you think?
Have a wonderful day!

I remember crying when I saw it.  I am a "born again" christian, more powerful than I have ever been in my life, and plan on watching that movie this week to remind me to keep my faith.

I think it would be one of the best movie ever I watch.  I think touching part is when Jesus was crucify.

My fiance said that him being crusified wasn't anything different that they did to anyone else - that it was a normal practice for them and even though we think of it as a crazy thing to do, they did it to several SEVERAL people as a warning to others not to "disobey" or go against them.
