Which digest better beef or chicken?

I feel chicken is better because beef doesnt digest that fast it takes awhile to breakdown in the digestive system. what do you think ?

From my personal experience, chicken is easier to digest. Whenever my tummy has been upset, chicken is the more soothing food to eat especially.

I would say Chicken because Chicken don't have as much as fat as beef, beef is full of grease and other stuff which make it hard for the body to back down beef digest too not as better as chicken... I choose chicken over beef anytime!
