I have been really sick lately and haven't felt like eating. I did have a little snack of baked potato earlier though.

I had toast with guava jelly which isn't easy to do in middle America.  We only have one store in the area that carries it.  If they ever stop, handling it, I guess we'll have to move back to Hawaii

I actually went through the drive through and got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a coffee. I ended up spilling the coffee on myself getting out of the car.

 most days I am not up in time for breakfast, but today I was! and I had a cup of coffee and big bowl of cereal

i had honey bunches of oats cereal with unsweetened almond milk.

i haven't ate yet,but had 2 cups of coffee,and i plan on having special k  with strawberrys and 1% milk

I haven't eaten anything yet. I'm waiting for my diet Dr Chek to chill in the freezer. After reading the posts i'm a little hungry.
