If you complete the survey and get approved it should credit instant.

I don't do it that often, but it doesn't always credit instantly for me.  I did it after midnight and it credited around 4 hours later.

I just have started keeping the page up once it says i will be credited with the fifty cents and check my account every fifteen minutes until I see it's been credited.  Only then do I date take the page down.  As long as I do that, i end up with the credit.  Hope my computer doesn't crash during wait time!
