I scored 8475 this morning, but can't get the credit...my score is higher than the bottom one on the high score list,,,and since my newest score won't show up on the list, it won't let me claim the $0.50 bonus....

Is anyone beside me having a problem with the flash games loading? I get as far as it saying the game will be available after a short message but nothing more. HELP!!!

Think it would help if I submitted a support ticket??  it's only 50 cents...but, hey..50 cents is 50 cents more than I would have had without it....I took a screen shot...don't know if that would help or not....??

I had the same problem you did and I did submit a support ticket, but I ended up just playing again until I got another high score that did credit before my support ticket was answered. Another member had the same problem....you may just have to try again. I don't know why it didn't credit the first time....was very frustrating that I had to play again.

I had the same problem you did and I did submit a support ticket, but I ended up just playing again until I got another high score that did credit before my support ticket was answered. Another member had the same problem....you may just have to try again. I don't know why it didn't credit the first time....was very frustrating that I had to play again.

I submitted a support ticket,,,but not heard anything back yet. I keep trying, but now the lowest showing score is over 10k,,,my time is running out..almost time for a new game..
I'm not sure I understand how they work the bonus, either...it says for a score over 7900,,but to make sure your score shows in the window list of high scores...what if you get between 7900 and the lowest score showing and yours won't show up ever???  Until today, mine would have shown up..but now it won't.  Maybe some re-wording of the instructions would help...or am I the only one confused??  LOL

Were you able to get another high score before the new game was posted? As long as you get the required number of points and submit it, you should be good. When it says that it needs to show up on the list of high scores, it means the list at the very end of the game, not the list you see on the left side in the Paid To Click area under the content section (does that make sense?). When you submitted your support ticket did you include a link to a screen shot with it?

No, I wasn't able to get another high score..and now there is a new game.  I submitted for the bonus anyway, because ,my score was visible at the end of the game..but after that I never got the bonus, I submitted a support ticket and explained I had a screenshot if they wanted it, but the support ticket form did not have a way to submit a screenshot attachment and I tried to cut and paste one..that didn't work either...but no reply on the support ticket either...so I give up.  Not that big of a deal..besides,,it is a new month and now a new game....which, btw, I tried..and I suck at.  LOL

Well, darn! Yeah, I suck at this month's too, but have only tried a few times so far. You got something in Post Mania yesterday tough!! Was fun, don't you think? If you ever need to submit a support ticket again with a screen shot, upload it to www.tinypic.com and then copy/paste the code it generates for you into your support ticket.

You're welcome! tinypic.com is an image hosting site, so you'd be creating a link to your image. If you ever have to use it when submitting a support ticket, just remember before you upload your screen shot to select a larger size resolution.....like the "Message Board (640x480)" size from the drop down box so that Admin can clearly see your image. The last one I sent to them, I didn't realize was kinda small.
