I couldn't get this one to credit for me, I dunno why which browser did you use ?

I'm using Firefox. You might try it again, but make sure that you have cleared your cache & cookies first. You might even try it in IE if that is not what you're already using.

I cleared cache / cookies...downloaded on Google Chrome..it didn't work...I did it on Firefox, it worked...have the toolbar, completed registration and played a couple games...but no credit..

You might take a screen shot showing you installed the toolbar, submit a support ticket and see what admin says. I wonder if, because you tried to download/install it onto Chrome, the advertiser thinks you're trying to get credit a second time, even though you didn't get credit the first time? Does that make sense? That's why I would take a screen shot & submit it to Admin. You may or may not get credit for this one.

I'm using Firefox. Some members are having problems and others aren't....don't understand why that happens. The only thing I can think of is that y'all may not be clearing your cache & cookies before you do each offer??
