I think I'll be losing the free five dollar sign up money

@IceKitty: If I signed up in February this year then why does it keep counting down the days next to the five dollar sign up bonus?  Today it shows 4days left!  Feb. was when I started forum posting for the first time, I believe!
Do we have to do anything to get the bonus for the saturday promo after we make the contest entry?  will we be credited automatically?

I would submit a support ticket and ask admin why it shows you only have 4 days left next to your sign up bonus, because you signed up in Feb. so you should have plenty of time to cash out.....and that should include your sign up bonus. As far as the Sat. promo, Kohler will post the bonuses sometime later in the week. You don't have to do anything else...just watch your account to see when they are posted. If you haven't already, you can download the FC toolbar because it makes it easier to see when you get credit for the offers you complete and bonuses that are awarded, and from time to time toolbar bonuses will pop up, but they don't happen very often. Another thing you should be doing is clearing your cache & cookies before each and every offer you do, including surveys, and you can do that right from the toolbar.

I also wanted to add - it shows I got the sign up bonus 11/06/10 - which is when I initially signed up with fusion cash.  I don't know why, when I click on my user name, it shows Feb. - unless that's the date I registered for the forum and started posting.

It appears that the date in the Forum profile represents the first day you used the Forum  (as you had mentioned).  The date you joined Fusion Cash/completed your first offer is the date from which the 180 day limit is defined for the $5 bonus.  You mentioned that you joined about 6 months ago, so the countdown appears to be correct.

I looked at my Forum profile date.  It is a couple of days later than the date I joined FC/completed my first offer  -- tho I don't remember when I first joined the Forum.

Admin doesn't give a bonus for downloading the toolbar.....that $1.00 must have been for something else? Unless they've changed things since I downloaded it ages ago.

I lost the 5 bonus also but I still keep doing everything I can to  get the monies that I need to cash out.  Sorry to hear that you may loss that money but sometimes we cant change somethings.  But if you keep doing just the little things you will be fine.  I know that sometimes I feel like I have not done much but it all adds up if you keep on going.

Wow, you're right...I never noticed that before. I just thought that the "Date Registered" when you click on a member's name is the date they signed up for FusionCash. I looked at mine too and I started the forum one day after I registered for FC. That is some good sleuthing there!!

Downloading the toolbar has nothing to do with getting your sign up bonus. I noticed from your banner that you haven't received it yet. If you scroll down to below where you compose a new post, you can click "Are you looking for your $5 signup bonus? Click here to get it!"....Just make sure also, that you have completed all the account verification steps on the left side of your account page.

So our sign up date and our forum start date are two entirely different dates!  And when I clicked on the "click here to get it!" it says I already got it, which i already knew!  I don't think I'll be able to make the nine dollars needed in another three days, but I'll still keep plugging away.  Nice to know I'm not the only one losing or who has lost the five dollar sign up bonus...it's easy to lose track of time when lots of things are going on. Just glad I have time now to post and do some things.  And you were right about the toolbar - nada for that - forgot - that's another place lol....

well, at least today I was credited for two surveys...worth 1.50 total!  Not bad for a few minutes time...so losing the five bucks won't be too hard!  (sob sob) - I should still make twenty five before I know it!
