Ironically, it is the religious stance of abstinence only that produces a large number of teen pregnancies.  Also, the less religious a country is, the better off it is in the areas you listed, and both of these statements are fact (America is a highly religious country, in case you forgot).

As far as the moral fiber of our Nation today and 50 years ago, is like night and day. America is nothing of the Christian country as she was, and we are losing the blessings of God because of it. However, people are realizing this and coming back to the basics and foundations of the Bible.

Yes, your another one I've met in other threads who don't believe in the Bible either, so your comments are going to reflect that. Out of everything I wrote above, this is what you picked out to discuss? For one thing, both you and qon are off topic in this thread. This is about having sex before marriage.

Go back to some previous threads (there are many) that this has been discussed in length......with both parties disagreeing. Thing is, a lot of history is, and has been (back at ya) twisted to introduce something that did not happen.

You have also confronted me with the fact that the Bible is false. So that puts us on opposite sides of the spectrum. However, your desire to follow me from thread to thread and refute anything and everything I post is a bit creepy. Your like a bully on the playground looking for a fight. Of course a child can be born with STD's if the parent is infected. Don't insult me with "do a little research". We were talking about getting STD's in marriage, and STD's (the bad ones) are sexually transmitted. Some can be medically cured, but some cannot. Those are the one's I'm talking about.

I heartily disagree that abstinence teaching fuels sexual urges and leads to teen pregnancy. So we have a difference in opinion, what else is new?

I was 14 but it was not by my choice. And I got pregnant from it. If it wasnt for that creep I think I would have waited for marriage.
