They need to make sure they get the email and complete there profile and verify there phone number.

I also have two referrals who have both been active, but I have no credits yet. One of the referrals is actually ready to cash out. What could be going on? Is it possible that the credits occur when the person cashes out?

No, the credits occur as your referrals meet the requirements for each step.....the only thing holding that back would be that they did not confirm their e-mail through the e-mail sent to them by Fusion Cash.  Have them check their e-mail along with their spam folder to see if the verification e-mail is there.

They won't be able to cashout if this step is not done.
