No Daily Emails....Anyone having this problem too?

I have not started receiving my dailies yet.

I didn't receive my daily email on 4/13,14,15,16 And then it came on 17th but didn't come again today (4/18). Actually I got 4/15's daily email today but the link was already expired of course. I sent in a support ticket for this so I hope they fix the problem soon.

Let us know if that gets resolved... I am about 1 day away from filing a ticket myself.  I didn't get mine again today.

I still haven't heard from FC support team. But I found another thread about this same problem and one person sent in a support ticket and already heard back from FC. He/She said that FC said they send out daily email to us everyday and it's hotmail's problem if they deliver it to us or not so there is nothing FC can do to solve this problem. So I just changed my email address (hotmail to gmail) and since then I'm receiving my daily email everyday.

Do you use hotmail? If so, I guess all you have to do is change your email address to a non-hotmail address. Please read my posting (above yours).

I had the same problem for awhile, and I went and signed up for them again, and now they come.  There was one day that it didn't come since then, and I think it was due to FC server maintenance.

Yeah, there are some times when Fusioncash doesn't send any emails to you.  I believe that it's probably because of some sort of error or maybe they don't have any emails or something.

I started missing some of my daily e-mails too, but like the others, I realized they end up in the spam folder from time to time, so I just automatically check in there now if I don't see them.

I was having problems getting credited for daily e-mails (the pop up wasn't working on Chrome, but was on IE) but I never didn't actually get the e-mail. Even on the day they were doing maintenance and warned us we might not get it that day, I got it later that afternoon.

I have been getting daily emails everyday. I got my daily email late one day when Fusion Cash had a problem with their firewall but since then I have recieved my emails everyday. Try looking in your spam folder of your email inbox.

i am member for more than 6 months i never had problem with daily email..the problem is sometime i forgot to click it.
hope fusioncash will takecare of the problem some of you are having.have a nice day.

I used to get my daily email daily, but now I'm lucky if I see it in my email box once a week. It went to my spam once, but I haven't seen it in there since.

Maybe you have to resign up for it. Not sure.
