Fusion and Twitter

Has anyone had any luck with getting referrals using twitter?  I like to tweet and I tweeted  just one tweet the other day about receiving the fusion $5 sign up bonus. I have over 2,000 followers on twitter and  this tweet went out to all of my followers. I don't want to be too aggressive with my tweeting  or it will  turn people off.  I would like some feedback or suggestions for anyone else out there who uses twitter.

Congratulations on your results.  On twitter setting page you can make a list things you want to tweet about. You can tweet 3 or 4 times a week or more.  Just provide valuable information so people will click on your link and keep them interested.
