Need support's help, daily e-mails are late to my inbox...

I just checked for the daily e-mail today and it has not arrived yet. I see other members were having the same problem today so hopefully that means I'll still get it by the end of the day. Hate missing out on free cash. I'll keep my fingers crossed

Yea haven't gotten mine yet either    I already have 3 email accounts, 1 work related, 1 personal and then my junk email for Fusion Cash and various sites, not really wanting to make a 4th but this happens way too much!

What I have learned so far is:
1. check your spam to see if they are going there instead of your regular email....
2.  double check your account on FC to be sure you are still registered to receive the daily email....
3.  wait and see if you get one  tomorrow...if you don't get it 2 or 3 days in a row, then I would contact support...from what I am reading from others that have experienced this, it seems that having a day now and then when you don't get the email may happen...but it appears that it's just for a day or two...and then they start getting them again.

I'm having a similar problem... this is the second day in a row that I haven't received my PTC email.  I'm able to get credited for other things that are daily, so I'm confused... Please help!

Again i did not get the daily e-mail today. It never showed up yesterday, or today. Its not in my junk e-mail so not sure what's happening. I am wondering if fusion cash is having problems with the daily e-mails. I hope they get it fixed fast, hate missing out on easy money.

Same for me too, didn't get one again. Bummer if this is really 100% on hotmails end. Any thoughts admin?

I haven't gotten my daily e-mail for the 13th, 14th or today. I've been using a hotmail address though so now that I know I'm not the only one with hotmail experiencing this I'll try changing it.

I stopped receiving emails 4 days ago. This morning I got the one for yesterday. I also have a hotmail account. How can I change my daily emails to go to a different account?

Still having probelms, I have not gotten any e-mails since 4/12, thats four days in a row now where nothing is showing up, not even in my junk e-mail. When i started this post under the support section, i was under the impression that they look at these and comment on them. So far i do not see that they have. I even titled it "need support's help." Thanks to all the members who have posted info but i am hoping support will look at this and see that many people are having the same probelm and hopefully look into it or at least post a comment on it...

FC is i guess is experiencing difficulties ....you can put in a support ticket for complaint if you want..about the daily emails not being sent to the inbox daily its been since 4/12 that we havent received emails either ... so i know the feeling
